The following personnel are required for the project: · **Riggers (04)**: Technician in metallic structures; basic blueprint reading skills – knowledge of metal layout and assembly. · **Welders (03)**: Welding technician with expertise in SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW (GTAW optional). · **Painter (01)**: Technician specializing in abrasive blasting and painting, preferably trained in surface preparation and finishing of materials. · **Assistants (03)**: Completed secondary education; welding assistants. · **Maintenance Technician (01)**: Technician in maintenance mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields. Knowledge of equipment and machinery maintenance, installations, and infrastructure. · **Quality Control (01)** (1 year of experience in metallic structures): Graduate in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines; knowledge of quality management. · **Tekla Modeler (01)**: 1 year of experience; technician in mechanical design or related field; training or certification in Tekla Structures – structural blueprint reading. · **Mechanical Engineering Intern (01)**: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, and MS Project (MS Project optional). · **Mechanical Design Intern (SENATI) (01)**: Knowledge of industrial design and material handling equipment; proficiency in design and simulation software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks).
