Continuous learning and leadership skill development. **FIELD SUPERVISOR (ARCHITECT)** **✅ Who Are We Looking For?** We seek a proactive Operations Supervisor with strong team management and real-time problem-solving abilities—we want to meet you! **✅ What Will You Do?** * Supervise and lead operational teams (machine operators, assistants, etc.). * Ensure service delivery meets quality standards. * Organize shifts, resources, and staff assignments. * Monitor progress, incidents, and team performance. * Prepare operational reports and daily timekeeping records. * Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Commercial, Logistics). * Maintain direct communication with clients. * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **✅ What Profile Are We Seeking?** **Education:** * Graduate or degree holder in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year as Operations Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role. **Key Competencies:** * AutoCAD (intermediate). * MS Project (advanced). * Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced). * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Occupational health and safety standards. **Requirements:** * **A**ge between 25 and 45 years. * Residency in Callao or nearby areas. **Mandatory:** * **Class A1 driver’s license for mechanical vehicles**. * Availability to respond to incidents (constant connectivity required). * Willingness to travel. **✅ What Do We Offer?** * Monthly salary: S/2,000.00 * Transportation allowance: S/200.00 * Productivity bonus: S/300.00 * MYPE payroll: Only 15 vacation days per year * Opportunity for professional growth. * Development in high-impact operational projects. * Continuous learning and leadership skill development.
