A prominent company is seeking a Transportation Manager. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer (professional license preferred). * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics management. * Solid knowledge of operational logistics, distribution, and route control. * Experience in vehicle fleet administration. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Familiarity with road safety regulations. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Availability to work on-site in Nazca. **Main responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise daily transportation and logistics operations. * Manage the vehicle fleet and ensure its operational availability. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Optimize routes, delivery times, and logistical resources. * Monitor operational costs, fuel consumption, and resource utilization. * Supervise and coordinate the driver team. * Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and internal procedures. * Prepare management, operational control, and logistics reports.
