Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to analyze and reconcile accounts, review documents, perform bank reconciliations, and participate in monthly closing processes and reporting. We provide full tracking for all our clients' operations. We are currently recruiting personnel for our Miraflores office for the position of ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts, identifying discrepancies and performing corresponding adjustments. * Review and validate local and foreign accounting documents related to purchases and sales. * Perform and analyze bank reconciliations, identifying and following up on outstanding items. * Review and validate collections, payments, purchase invoices, and supporting documentation. * Monitor and analyze fixed expenses, petty cash, and expense reports. * Participate in monthly accounting closings and preparation of reports and financial statements. * Validate accounting and tax information using **SIRE**, as well as manage tax withholdings. * Prepare and analyze bank reconciliation reports using **SINTAD**. * Prepare information for audits and SUNAT requirements. * Propose improvements to accounting processes and controls. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in account analysis and bank reconciliations. * Knowledge of tax regulations and proficiency in SIRE. * Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SINTAD is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Responsibility, proactivity, and confidentiality. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * General Regime. * Job stability. * Growth opportunity.
