Excellent working environment **TELEPHONE COLLECTIONS ADVISOR** If you are motivated to negotiate, establish payment agreements, and work in a dynamic environment offering real development opportunities, this vacancy may be for you. **What will be your mission?** * Contact customers with overdue debts via outbound calls. * Negotiate payment commitments and propose viable alternatives. * Timely follow-up on payment promises. * Record interactions clearly and systematically in the system. * Achieve recovery targets and performance indicators. * Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented service. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 6 months of experience in call centers handling collections, sales, and/or customer service for financial institutions, banks, or law firms. * Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. * Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Basic computer skills. * Technical or university studies in progress, incomplete, or completed. * Availability for **100% in-person work in Miraflores**. **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary of S/ 1,330 * Monthly commissions based on performance. * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Incentive and recognition programs. * Career path and internal growth opportunities. * Excellent working environment. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * One Saturday per month: **8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** Salary: S/.1,330\.00 \- S/.2,462\.68 per month Application Question(s): * Would you be willing to adhere to the schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and one Saturday per month, 8\-12 p.m., in Miraflores? * What is your net salary expectation?
