




We, SEGELIMPERU, are looking for Collections Assistants **Functions:** * Portfolio Management: Continuously monitor upcoming and overdue invoices to ensure capital recovery within established timeframes. * Direct Contact (Inbound/Outbound): Contact customers via phone calls, emails, or digital platforms to manage payment commitments and resolve billing-related inquiries. * Payment Negotiation: Propose and coordinate payment plans or settlement agreements in accordance with the company’s financial policies. * Account Reconciliation: Identify and apply received payments in the system, ensuring the customer’s account status is always up to date. * Management Reports: Prepare periodic reports on delinquency status, collection effectiveness, and recovery projections. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections, credit, or customer service roles. * Academic Qualification: Technical or university degree (certified, bachelor’s degree, or final cycles/incomplete studies) * Active communication skills * Responsibility * Ability to efficiently plan and organize time and assigned tasks * Immediate availability to join our company For more information, contact us via WhatsApp at: 941911563 Thank you in advance for your interest in joining our team.
