




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and results-oriented Collections Manager to negotiate and recover accounts receivable while providing customer advisory support. Key Highlights: 1. Assertive negotiation and follow-up on payment agreements **On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Collections Manager**, a committed, results-driven professional with effective negotiation skills, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in **Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in collections management, customer service, call center, or similar areas. * Experience in **debt negotiation, payment agreements, or accounts receivable recovery**. * Knowledge of CRM and/or Finance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contact customers by telephone to inform them about the status of their debts and payment due dates. * Negotiate assertive and respectful payment agreements, setting timelines and payment methods aligned with customers' needs. * Conduct detailed follow-up on established payment agreements with customers and ensure compliance. * Provide advisory and guidance to customers, offering current and most suitable options to settle their debt. * Work towards achieving and meeting the company's established accounts receivable recovery targets and KPIs. * Record and update payment information and customer interactions in the company's management systems. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to customer debts and payments. * Daily reporting of activities performed, such as collections executed and payments received, to supervisors. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development. * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits under the general regime (profit-sharing bonuses, CTS, standard health insurance, paid vacation). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (**only when necessary**).
