Attractive incentive scheme based on goal achievement A leading poultry company in the mass consumption sector is looking for proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded Field Sales Representatives to serve various retail outlets across Lima. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in mass consumption sales or related fields (poultry industry experience preferred). * Residency in areas adjacent to La Victoria, San Juan de Lurigancho, or Cono Norte. * Personal transportation (motorcycle or car) preferred. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Positive attitude, strong communication skills, dynamism, charisma, and customer orientation. * Ability to work toward objectives and under pressure. Responsibilities * Conduct fieldwork (80%) and office work (20%). * Visit retail outlets daily (primarily markets). * Offer, promote, and sell our branded products, achieving minimum daily sales targets. * Exclusively serve the assigned customer portfolio, promoting AVELIZA brand products (chicken, red hen, double hen, grilled chicken, sausages, etc.). * Execute direct product sales and collect corresponding payments. * Maintain constant coordination with the Dispatch Department to ensure successful sales closure. * Acquire new customers within the assigned territory and record their geolocation using the provided mobile device. * Efficiently manage the assigned work zone by planning routes, visits, and required resources. * Achieve individual commercial objectives and targets. * Timely inform customers about product availability, price changes, and promotions. * Continuously coordinate with the Credit and Collections Department regarding customer account information. * Actively collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to continuously improve commercial processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
