Ongoing training **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, corporate sales, or service coordination. * Experience in the telecommunications, electronic security, or technology services sector is desirable. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Expand the client portfolio by acquiring new clients. * Receive and handle requests for installation, maintenance, and technical support. * Coordinate with the Operations department for service scheduling and assignment of technical staff. * Monitor adherence to service timelines. * Keep clients informed about the status of their requests and projects. * Prepare quotations and follow up until approval. * Coordinate issuance of service orders and required documentation for work execution. * Coordinate with Logistics regarding availability and delivery of equipment, materials, and tools required for each service. * Verify that service closure documentation (acceptance certificates, technical reports, photographs, or others) is delivered complete and within established deadlines. * Follow up on billing and collections in coordination with the Accounting department. * Identify opportunities to expand services contracted by clients. * Maintain updated client database, contracts, and service records. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of the client portfolio. * Manage and track complaints, incidents, and special requests until resolution. **COMPETENCIES** * Customer orientation * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Proactivity **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under Peru’s SME payroll regime with all statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Excellent working environment * Growth opportunity Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.1,801\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
