At CONEXUS SOLDEX S.A.C., we are looking for an HR and Administration Supervisor to lead human resource management and administrative operations for our Peruvian operation. This position plays a strategic role in the company’s growth and stability, responsible for ensuring the attraction, onboarding, and retention of talent required for operations. Mass recruitment constitutes the core function of this role and the primary performance indicator; therefore, we seek a candidate with experience managing high-volume selection processes and the ability to respond promptly to the business’s staffing needs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for supporting comprehensive talent management, ensuring compliance with current Peruvian labor regulations, strengthening retention strategies, and contributing to the proper administrative functioning of the office. We seek a results-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience in highly dynamic operational environments. Prior experience in call centers, debt collection, consumer lending, consumer financing, or BPOs is especially valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead mass recruitment for collections and call center teams, ensuring timely vacancy coverage. * Manage the full selection cycle: sourcing, assessment, hiring, and onboarding. * Administer HR processes: hiring, induction, attendance tracking, labor relations, performance management, and talent retention. * Monitor recruitment, turnover, and staffing indicators. * Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor regulations. * Coordinate office administrative activities, including logistics, vendors, maintenance, and operational support. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration. * Experience in mass recruitment, preferably in call centers, BPOs, debt collection, or financial services. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Leadership, organizational, and KPI management skills. * Intermediate English (Desirable) Salary: S/ 2,500 to S/ 3,000 monthly (base salary). Performance bonus: S/ 300 to S/ 600 monthly.
