Job Summary: Grafipapel is seeking a Sales Executive to conduct fieldwork, manage sales closures, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure product delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Record commercial activities in CRM to generate new sales opportunities Grafipapel, an industrial printing company with over 29 years in the market, is currently seeking a: **Sales Executive \- Southern Zone** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily fieldwork by visiting current and potential customers to present the brand's portfolio of products and services. * Execute sales closures by applying current promotions to achieve the assigned monthly quota. * Coordinate with internal departments (quotations, order entry via app, artwork approval, and production tracking) until final product or service delivery. * Record commercial activities in CRM to generate new sales opportunities. * Follow up on collections for the assigned customer portfolio to ensure timely payments and prevent delinquency. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical/university studies (graduated or incomplete). * Knowledge of offset and flexographic printing products is desirable. * Knowledge of paper grammages and types is desirable. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or similar positions. * Familiarity with products, production processes, and various technologies employed. * Existing customer portfolio in the Southern Zone (Desirable) **Essential Skills:** * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency * Sales strategies **We Offer:** * Formal employment (fixed salary \+ transportation allowance \+ commissions). * Statutory social benefits – General Regime. * Career development opportunities.
