Ongoing training **Multifunctional Barista \- Customer Service** Lince, Lima \| Full-time closing shift At **Papu Café**, we seek someone who shares our passion for great coffee and close, personal interactions with people. We want to welcome into our team someone who is punctual, responsible, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn about specialty coffee in a welcoming and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare hot and cold beverages. * Provide courteous, prompt, and personalized service to each customer. * Basic cash handling (cash and POS). * Restocking supplies and simple inventory control. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace and utensils. * Assist with operational tasks within the store. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in a café and customer service * Knowledge of specialty coffee and latte art * Punctuality, confidence, proactivity, and commitment (one barista per shift) * Availability: Mon\-Fri: 2:00 PM to 8:45 PM; Sat: 7:15 AM to 1:15 PM (no Sundays or holidays) **What We Offer:** * Biweekly payments.
