Job Summary: We are seeking talent for customer support in retail, managing inquiries, complaints, and order coordination to ensure an excellent customer experience with proficiency in Japanese. Order tracking and coordination with customers and suppliers We are currently seeking talent with advanced-level Japanese language proficiency for the retail sector. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: completed high school. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (2 rotating rest days assigned by the service). * Full-time schedule during the following shift: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM (transportation provided for arrival and departure). * Availability for on-site work at MallPlaza Bellavista\-Callao. * Intermediate/Advanced level of Japanese RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide customer attention and support via phone calls, email, and chat. * Efficiently manage inquiries, complaints, replacements, and refunds. * Perform order tracking and coordinate with customers and logistics suppliers. * Record and update information in internal systems, ensuring data quality. * Comply with established customer service protocols and objectives to guarantee an excellent customer experience.
