We seek talent eager to be part of this change. ### **About the Role** We are looking for a Depot Customer Service Associate focused on full-container operations (import and export). This position will be responsible for coordinating customer request handling and ensuring correct execution of operational processes, maintaining high service quality standards. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage customer requests related to import and export containers. * Coordinate pickup authorizations and documentation issuance. * Monitor delivered services to ensure quality. * Handle inquiries and complaints through various channels. * Coordinate with internal and commercial teams. * Manage records in internal systems and administrative processes. * Propose improvements to the customer experience. ### **Requirements** * Technical or university education in related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or logistics. * Knowledge of import/export processes (preferred). * Basic to intermediate English proficiency. ### **Skills** * Customer orientation * Attention to detail * Analytical ability * Teamwork ### **Conditions** * Hybrid work between office and depot operations. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Dynamic and operational environment. \#LI\-EM1 \#LI\-Onsite \#RPO Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
