Provision of accurate and up-to-date scientific information about products Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in the importation and commercialization of medical devices and OTC products, is seeking the following profile: **PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE** Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, establishing and strengthening business relationships based on trust and technical expertise. Provide accurate and up-to-date scientific information about products to ensure their proper prescription and use. Achieve assigned sales and coverage targets, contributing to the company’s growth and market positioning, all within the regulatory and ethical framework of the pharmaceutical sector. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies (Desirable) * Completion of Medical Representative training courses. * More than 2–3 years of experience promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, complying with health regulations and achieving targets. * Experience promoting and commercializing OTC and general-line products. * Knowledge of sales to pharmacies, pharmaceutical products, after-sales service, distributors, and drugstores. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Familiarity with document management and collaboration tools (Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.). * Experience using time-tracking reporting platforms employed by pharmaceutical laboratories. * **Own vehicle (Desirable).** * Knowledge of and existing client portfolio including physicians and customers in the areas of **San Borja, Ate, Chaclacayo, and Cieneguilla** (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Promotion and Sales * Visit physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. * Visit pharmacies. * Present and explain the benefits of the company’s pharmaceutical products. * Persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend the products. * Close sales with end consumers/patients or their representatives under terms defined by the company. * Manage the customer portfolio and identify new potential customers. * Information and Education * Provide technical and scientific information about products, including mechanism of action, side effects, and contraindications. * Respond to questions and clarify doubts from healthcare professionals and end consumers/patients. * Conduct product presentations and training sessions. * Relationships and Follow-up * Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. * Inform and ensure physicians’ compliance with procedures related to the sales system. * Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction. * Address complaints from physicians and/or end consumers/patients through channels established by the manufacturer. * Target Achievement * Achieve established sales targets while adhering to company-defined pricing and administrative procedures. * Plan and organize work to optimize time and resources. * Submit sales and activity reports using company-defined resources and administrative procedures. * Knowledge and Skills * Basic knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology. * Communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. * Ability to work independently and in an organized manner. **WORK LOCATION**: East Lima. **MODALITY**: On-site **WORK HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **BENEFITS**: * Formal employment under the General Regime — Statutory benefits * Mobility allowance and commissions Please send your updated CV to: cv(arroba)selekto\-rrhh.com with subject line: Sales Representative Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
