If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and delivering an outstanding customer experience, this is your opportunity. **Work Location:** Agustín Gamarra 1275, La Victoria GAMA Shopping Center Position **Multifunctional Store Staff Member** **Working Hours: 10 AM \- 11 PM** * Full Time (48 hours per week) Requirements * Be aged between 18 and 30. * Availability to work 6 days per week. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Experience in customer service, cafés, restaurants, or similar roles (preferred). * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork orientation. * Strong effective communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities * Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages according to quality standards. * Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service. * Maintain store cleanliness, order, and proper presentation. * Adhere to established operational, hygiene, and service protocols. * Support various activities inherent to store operations.
