Job Summary: We are seeking a Field/Repair Technician to perform fiber optic cable laying, installation, configuration, and maintenance, as well as execute assigned tasks according to client standards and attend scheduled installations and repairs. We are currently searching for the best candidate — and that could be you — for the Field/Repair Technician position, working six days per week with one day off. R**Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles involving fiber optic cable laying, installation, configuration, maintenance, and related equipment. * Experience as a team lead technician. * Knowledge of installations in high-value areas. * Valid driver's license **(MANDATORY).** * Training in working at heights and basic occupational safety and health **(DESIRABLE).** * Residence in the following districts: Central (San Luis, La Victoria, El Agustino); Southern (Barranco, San Borja, Surquillo); Eastern (Ate, SJL, Santa Anita, La Molina, Santa Anita) or adjacent areas **(MANDATORY).** **Responsibilities:** * Carry out assigned job functions and responsibilities. * Execute assigned tasks according to client standards. * Support interconnection and equipment testing activities. * Attend and actively participate in client-scheduled training sessions. * Perform scheduled installations and repairs within the assigned schedule. * Ensure processes are carried out within the defined timeframes and procedures. * Prepare photographic reports. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary: S/. 2,000 * Quality bonuses starting from: S/. 700 * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment.
