




Job Summary: Assists in the preparation and service of beverages, maintains bar organization, manages supplies, and collaborates with the team to ensure smooth service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supply management and inventory control Bar Assistant Duties * Prepare bar mise en place prior to service. * Assist in cocktail and beverage preparation according to established recipes. * Keep the bar stocked with supplies, glassware, and utensils. * Verify daily stock levels of liquors, mixers, garnishes, and perishable items. * Maintain consistent order and cleanliness in the bar area. * Wash, polish, and organize glasses and glassware. * Assist with inventories and supply control. * Receive and store products following quality standards. * Comply with food and beverage hygiene and handling regulations. * Support the lead bartender during peak hours. * Prepare special supplies such as syrups, cordials, infusions, and ferments. * Ensure proper presentation of beverages and workstations. * Report shortages, losses, or incidents to the bar supervisor. * Collaborate with dining room and kitchen teams to maintain seamless service. * Know the beverage menu and the brand's conceptual offering. * Participate in restaurant-organized trainings and internal tastings.
