




Position Summary: We are seeking responsible cooks specializing in Peruvian cuisine and fried foods, tasked with preparing, presenting, and preserving dishes while ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Responsibility for the operation and cleaning of the kitchen area. **Vacancies by Area:** 1 Hot Kitchen (Peruvian cuisine) 1 Fried Foods **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the kitchen's proper operation under the supervision of the head chef. * Preparation of specific dishes assigned to their station, with special attention to presentation and plating of requested items. * Participation in the conservation and storage of inventory within their area. * Preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes using the most appropriate techniques. * Collaboration in ordering and conserving raw materials and kitchen supplies. * Inspection and control of kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues immediately. * Monitoring and ensuring optimal conservation and utilization of provided ingredients. * General cleaning of the work area **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience in Creole cuisine * Availability to work from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM * Day off: 1 day per week (Monday to Thursday) * MYPE payroll registration * Residency in neighboring districts Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Experience: * Peruvian cuisine: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
