If logistics and customer service excite you, this is your opportunity. **JOIN THE GEOMEDIC FAMILY!** **VAN DRIVER \- LOS OLIVOS** **What will you do in this role?** * Operate assigned institutional vehicles for transporting personnel, documents, medical products, or equipment, ensuring punctuality, safety, and proper vehicle care. * Conduct trips within Metropolitan Lima and nearby provinces (e.g., Callao, Cañete, Huaral, Huacho, Chosica, among others), adhering strictly to assigned routes and schedules. * Provide logistical support for deliveries, cargo pickups, documentation handling, and coordination with public and private entities, as directed by management. * Verify that all required delivery documentation (waybills, certificates, invoices, purchase orders, etc.) is complete before each departure. * Maintain constant communication with the dispatch, warehouse, or collections departments during assigned delivery routes or administrative tasks. * Perform preventive vehicle checks (oil level, coolant, tires, lights, brakes, etc.) and promptly report any malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Coordinate with the administrative department regarding scheduled maintenance, technical inspections, SOAT, and vehicle insurance. * Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in optimal operating condition both inside and out. * Maintain a vehicle usage log (odometer readings, routes traveled, fuel consumption, maintenance dates). * Assist in transporting medical goods or equipment from the warehouse to hospitals, clinics, or contracted institutions, ensuring proper handling and product security. * Coordinate with the administrative or procurement department for loading, unloading, and verification of transported items. * Support other departments in complementary operational or administrative tasks (e.g., collecting invoices, documents, quotations, materials, etc.). * Ensure all vehicle documentation (SOAT, technical inspection certificate, vehicle registration, driver’s license) remains valid and up-to-date. * Strictly comply with traffic regulations, road safety standards, and internal company policies. * Report incidents, delays, or contingencies occurring during routes. * Safeguard the confidentiality of transported documents or materials and act responsibly and professionally in all representations of the company. * Maintain open, respectful communication with management, supervisors, and other departments. * Submit reports on completed routes, trips, or deliveries, along with related expenses. **What are we looking for in you?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience driving a van. * Valid Class AIIB driver’s license. * Familiarity with warehouse systems (ERP or basic Excel). * Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. **What we offer:** * **Formal payroll (on-the-books employment)** starting from day one. * **100% company-covered EPS health insurance**. * MYPE tax regime. * Salary: S/ 1500\.
