Excellent work environment **Cosmic Bowling**, an entertainment company for children and adults, is currently seeking a **FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Regular or discontinued students of Gastronomy or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience as a kitchen assistant and in customer service **COMPETENCIES:** * Customer service orientation * Adequate communication skills * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork capability * Energy and dynamism **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Friday: 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM; Saturday: 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM; Sunday: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and serve menu items (burgers, tequeños, wings, fries, etc.) following recipes and quality standards. * Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and presentation of orders. * Restock and organize area supplies (sauces, bread, etc.). * Maintain a clean, organized kitchen with properly functioning equipment. * Perform food production tasks. * Comply with hygiene, food handling, and safety regulations. * Conduct daily cleaning of griddle, deep fryer, and utensils. * Manage stock control, receipt, and storage of supplies. * Support bar operations and special events when required. * Follow opening and closing procedures for the area. * Maintain constant communication with the service team and the venue supervisor. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Complimentary passes and corporate discounts. * Excellent work environment. * Career progression opportunity.
