Job Summary: We are seeking an operator/dispatcher to coordinate and monitor vehicle routes, providing support and assistance to drivers and crew members in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we operate as the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport and for the most important shopping malls and companies in Lima. **What We Require:** * Familiarity with Lima’s districts and route orientation. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as an operator and/or dispatcher in call centers, monitoring operations, or logistics and distribution companies. * In-person customer service. **(Mandatory)** * Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions. * Ability to handle stress and respond to emergencies. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode (in-person and virtual). * Active listening, empathy, problem-solving skills, and ability to escalate complaints and incidents. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Safe transportation with discounts on our taxi fleet. * Corporate discounts with partner brands. * A collaborative, flat, and approachable culture where every individual can propose and lead projects. * An environment that values your well-being and professional growth. **Work Schedule \- Option 1 \- Day Shift: 06:30 to 14:30\.** **Work Schedule \- Option 2 \- Evening Shift: 14:30 to 22:30** **Location: Airport and Remote (as required by operational needs)** **Responsibilities:** * Plan, assign, and coordinate vehicle routes. * Monitor vehicles via GPS platforms. * Assign and modify routes. * Provide pre- and post-service support to affiliated drivers. * Provide in-person assistance to crew members, assigning schedules and responding to inquiries.
