We are currently seeking a professional for the position of Payroll Analyst: **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in Human Resources, ERP system proficiency (Optional) * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * **Competencies:** Proactive, organized, results-oriented, able to work under pressure, assertive communicator * **Availability:** Willingness to work on-site in Callao, Monday through Friday **What will be your challenge?** * Maintain up-to-date payroll-related data to ensure compliance with current legal regulations. * Process, validate, and execute all payroll calculation and payment procedures, and analyze payroll-related information. * Review and execute payment processes, remunerations, vacations, severance payments, and deductions. * Timely resolve inquiries raised by employees and clients regarding regulatory changes, payroll payments, and legal obligations—providing high-quality service. * Analyze payroll-related information in coordination with Accounting and Treasury departments, ensuring adherence to established timelines. * Support and train various delegations and HR personnel on the organization’s tools and procedures.
