We seek proactive, responsible individuals with a strong service orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Provide information and guidance to customers. * Follow up on and document cases. **Requirements:** * With or without prior customer service experience. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Basic computer proficiency. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (on-site) * Saturday and Sunday: Off.
