Job Summary: We are seeking an Academic Specialist to ensure the pedagogical and communicative quality of English courses, guaranteeing a high-level educational experience for students. Ensure a high-level educational experience for students We are currently seeking an Academic Specialist to join our team. **Primary Function:** Ensure the **academic, pedagogical, and communicative quality** of English courses by reviewing and validating **videos, audio recordings, and audiovisual materials**, ensuring that all content is clear, accurate, aligned with the CEFR level (A1–C2\), and consistent with the methodology and brand’s approachable tone. This position is critical to enabling students to **learn effectively, feel supported, and enjoy a high-level educational experience**. Position Details Salary: S/ 2,500 Work Modality: * In-person and remote Work Location: Av. Javier Prado Este 1420 – San Isidro Working Hours: * 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday – In-person * Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Remote Requirements: * Degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, Translation, or related fields. Intermediate-level proficiency in Word. * English proficiency at C1\-C2 level (spoken and written). * Excellent academic writing skills in English. * Experience in designing or reviewing English educational materials. * Knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). * A master’s degree in a related field is desirable. * Proven experience as an English teacher (minimum 5 years).
