**Human Resources Intern (01 Vacancy)**

**REQUIREMENTS**
* Student in final semesters or graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
* Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
* Proactivity and willingness to learn.
* Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Assist in posting job vacancies across various platforms.
* Conduct initial resume screening of applicants.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and the selection team.
* Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new staff.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date personnel files and documentation.
* Assist in tracking contracts, attendance, and other administrative HR processes.
* Collaborate in organizing training sessions and team integration activities.
* Prepare basic reports and indicators for the HR department.
* Provide daily operational support to the Human Resources department.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
