Support for scheduled maintenance activities **N1 Specialist – IT Monitoring and Observability (Remote)** **AIC TECH S.A.C.** is looking for an **N1 Specialist – IT Monitoring and Observability** to join our operations and technical support team. If you have experience in infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and observability tools, this is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, continuous-improvement-oriented environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor infrastructure, applications, and technology services using observability tools. * Log, manage, and track incidents and requests in the ITSM tool. * Escalate incidents promptly to the appropriate support levels (N2/N3\). * Track alerts and incidents to resolution, meeting established SLAs. * Prepare monitoring reports and support scheduled maintenance activities. **Requirements** * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in IT monitoring, NOC, Help Desk, or N1 support\. * Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Datadog, SCOM, or similar). * Experience with ITSM tools (Aranda, Proactivanet, or similar). * Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux, and Microsoft Office. * Desired: familiarity with virtualization, AWS, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes. **Employment Conditions** * Work modality: **100% Remote**. * Compensation: **S/ 1,500 per month**. * Formal employment under the REMYPE regime.
