We collaborate with experienced teachers to develop high-quality digital educational content aligned with national curricula. Currently, we are seeking active teachers based in Peru to join us in a project-based remote collaboration and support the creation of educational content aligned with the Peruvian national curriculum. We seek teachers with current classroom teaching experience in Peru and strong knowledge of the local curriculum and modern teaching methodologies. This role does not involve delivering live classes or working directly with students. Instead, you will contribute to the development and improvement of video lessons used by thousands of students across Peru, with a flexible commitment of just a few hours per month. You must feel comfortable working at the primary and secondary/high school levels in one or more of the following subjects: * Mathematics * Spanish Language and Literature * Biology * Chemistry * Physics * Natural Sciences *Teachers specializing in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Primary Education may also contribute to Natural Sciences content for lower grades.* Main Responsibilities * Review lesson scripts * Ensure explanations are accurate and aligned with the Peruvian national curriculum. * Suggest clearer examples and improvements. * Verify that difficulty level matches the target grade. * Identify missing key concepts. **Review video lessons** * Evaluate clarity, structure, and student engagement. * Assess the pedagogical quality of explanations. * Suggest improvements to pacing and fluency of the lesson. * Verify terminology and definitions in Spanish. **Provide pedagogical feedback** * Help make lessons more structured and student-friendly. * Ensure content reflects real classroom needs in Peru. Requirements * Active teaching experience in Peru. * Strong knowledge of the Peruvian national curriculum. * Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback. * Availability for project-based remote work. * No strict English requirements; ability to understand basic written content and effectively use translation tools when necessary for feedback.
