**LIMA EXPERIENCE S.A.C**, a MYPE-class company dedicated to providing personalized tourism experiences and services, is currently seeking a **FULL-TIME OPERATIONS AGENT** for its **OPERATIONS AND MONITORING DEPARTMENT** of tourism services.
**AFTERNOON/NIGHT SHIFT:** Working 6 days per week, with working hours ranging from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, under a **REMOTE** work modality.
We seek an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and coordinating tours—taking into account guiding services, transportation, supplier services, etc.—to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience for each of our customers. In-depth knowledge of Peru’s tourist cities is essential: Lima, Paracas, Huacachina, Nazca, Arequipa, Puno, Cusco, Puerto Maldonado, Iquitos, Huaraz, Trujillo, Chachapoyas, among others.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Verify tourist groups for daily departures to Paracas and Huacachina in advance, sending them emails with relevant information and creating the bus departure route.
* Always verify: dates, WhatsApp contact, number of passengers (pax), pickup addresses, outstanding debts, updates, and extras.
* Coordinate with guides (private and shared) and transport providers for shared tours, always maintaining oversight of forecasting and planning.
* Send passenger itinerary recommendations (by 12:00 PM).
* Ensure all passengers on Lima-based tours submit their passports and upload them to Drive.
* Collect all outstanding payments for PH \- Lima Tour before the end of your shift.
* Purchase reservation tickets during your shift if necessary—especially for tours involving the Nazca flight or bus transportation.
* Respond to tourist emergencies.
* Immediately address any changes or cancellations requested by tourists, reporting them to the Reservations Department and recording any modifications or payments required in the Reservations Excel sheet. It is critical that all incidents be noted in the comments section.
* Close tours or tour availability during your shift.
* Keep your email inbox clean.
* Submit a daily report, whether containing pending items or not.
**Requirements – Mandatory:**
* **Advanced English with fluent spoken ability.**
* Studies related to tourism in Peru.
* Excellent spelling and writing skills.
* Residence in Lima for occasional in-person meetings and training sessions.
* In-depth knowledge of Peru’s tourist cities: Lima, Paracas, Huacachina, Nasca, Arequipa, Puno, Cusco, Puerto Maldonado, Iquitos.
* Prior experience in reservations or customer service (preferably within tourism).
* Basic proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp Business).

* A full-time salary of S/.1,500.00. Starting from the fourth month, employees transition to the company payroll with a salary of S/.1,800.00 and statutory benefits.
