DESCRIPTION Role: 1\. Lead the structuring and planning of the project, primarily in translating business needs into analytical solution approaches using analytical models (trees and regressions) \- will oversee a team of 1 to 2 people; this role functions as the project's Product Owner. 2\. Develop the statistical and analytical models defined within the project scope and deliverables. 3\. Participate in the development and delivery of the final project proposal. 4\. Transfer the analytical tools and models developed during the project to internal clients, ensuring they absorb and maintain the generated knowledge. 5\. Document all supporting project information (technical, methodological, and business-related). REQUIREMENTS **Experience:** * 6\-7 years of experience in roles such as Business Analytics, Data Scientist, Consulting, Analytics Translator, or Data Science Translator * 4 years of experience in developing statistical/analytical models * 1\-2 years of experience leading analytical projects \- desirable * Experience working in business strategy teams \- essential * Solid technical knowledge (Decision Trees / Regression / Machine Learning / Statistics / Linear Optimization models, Mathematics) \- desirable **Technical Skills:** * PLSQL or SQL Database \- Intermediate * Python (programming tool and model development) \- Intermediate * Experience with SPARK (Big Data tool) \- desirable * Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Databricks \- desirable * Experience in CRM (commercial campaigns, campaign marketing, offer personalization) \- desirable
