At our dental clinic, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, warm care to our patients, and we are looking for an enthusiastic **Receptionist** to be the first impression of our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Patient Care:** Greet patients with a smile, manage appointments (scheduling, confirmation, and rescheduling), and provide clear and accurate information about our services. * **Telephone Management:** Answer phone calls professionally, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff. * **Documentation Management:** Organize and maintain up-to-date patient records, clinical histories, and other relevant documents. * **Billing and Collections:** Process service payments and manage billing efficiently. * **Reception Area Maintenance:** Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming for patients. * **Administrative Support:** Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, filing, and other assigned duties. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred, preferably in the healthcare sector (not mandatory). * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact pleasantly and professionally with patients and team members. * **Organization and Proactivity:** Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently. * **Software Proficiency:** Basic knowledge of dental clinic management software (desirable) and proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office). * **Service Attitude:** Commitment to patient care and willingness to assist and resolve patient concerns. * **Education:** Completed secondary education (minimum).
