We are looking for a proactive **DTF Designer** to create and develop visual assets that communicate messages creatively and effectively. If you have experience in retail, textiles, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or importation industries, we want to meet you! **Your primary mission** Create and develop visual assets to communicate messages creatively and effectively. **General and Specific Job Responsibilities** * Prepare and adapt designs for production. * Support the development of new brand collections and creative proposals. * Produce digital mock-ups according to client requirements. * Provide technical design support to the sales department. * Maintain organization and backup of digital files. * Propose omnichannel improvements within the company. * Participate in internal company activities and committees. * Promote proper adherence to and representation of organizational values across the entire value chain. * Perform other duties, assignments, and responsibilities delegated by the direct supervisor, in accordance with current regulations. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in branding: redesign/vectorization and ground-up creation. * **Technical skills:** Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. **Employment Conditions and Benefits** You will join under the **Small Business Regime (PYME/MYPE)**, with the following conditions: * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. \| Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.\. * **Health coverage:** EsSalud. * **Salary payment:** Biweekly. * **Vacation days:** 15 calendar days per year. * **CTS (Compensatory Time Savings):** 50%. * **Bonuses:** 50%. **Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make your mark in our organization?
