Salary: S/1,500.00 \- S/3,500.00 per month Job Description Ideal Candidate Profile: * Licensed and registered Dental Surgeon. * **Specialized knowledge is highly desirable,** * **Training courses and diplomas** * Minimum of **three (3) years** of clinical experience in comprehensive patient care. * A holistic, general practice orientation is preferred. * Ability to comprehensively assess, diagnose, and formulate complete treatment plans. * Skill in clearly and confidently explaining and justifying treatment plans to patients. * Clinical judgment to appropriately refer patients to specialists. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and results-oriented mindset. * Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive reception and evaluation of new and affiliated patients. * Development and justification of treatment plans. * Execution of general treatments within the scope of practice. * Strategic referrals to specialists. * Patient follow-up and support throughout treatment.
