Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial and Marketing Assistant to support commercial and marketing operations, including reporting, expense control, and event coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Logistical organization of product launches Our company, a Swiss-capital multinational pharmaceutical laboratory with over 20 years in the Peruvian market, markets well-recognized pharmaceutical products and is currently seeking: Commercial and Marketing Assistant: Main Responsibilities: \- Support activities of the Commercial and Marketing Management, including preparation of reports, statistics, and other documents. \- Process and manage expense account controls for the Commercial and Marketing Management. \- Record and update product and promotional material shipments, and issue purchase orders. \- Support promotional activities for the sales force. \- Contact suppliers for quotations and follow up accordingly. \- Coordinate corporate events. \- Organize and coordinate logistics for launches of new pharmaceutical products. \- Additional duties as required by the department. \- Completed technical studies or university student in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Experience: One year in similar administrative support roles. \- Intermediate English proficiency. \- Intermediate office software proficiency.
