Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Physician to conduct occupational medical surveillance, lead training programs, and ensure compliance with occupational health requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct occupational medical surveillance. 2. Lead and implement training programs. 3. Provide medical care in emergencies and urgent cases. We are a private-sector healthcare company with nationwide presence, currently seeking: **OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN – CALLAO** **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** * Licensed and registered Medical Surgeon * Minimum five (05\) years of verifiable experience in occupational health * Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health (Mandatory) * Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification **FUNCTIONS** * Conduct occupational medical surveillance. * Responsible for leading and implementing the training program according to the assigned site. * Delivery and follow-up of restrictions \- observations; submission of the annual report on results of occupational medical examinations * Implement the company's occupational health program, as well as health promotion and prevention activities for workers. * Monitor the COVID-19 surveillance, prevention, and control plan in accordance with updated regulations. * Submit management reports for the assigned site as required—these may be annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily. * Participate in meetings with the corresponding committees at the assigned site. * Provide medical care in emergencies and/or urgent cases. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Fixed on-site shift in Callao: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Availability to work at the airport **COMPETENCIES** * Service orientation or vocation, empathy, teamwork “We are committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion within our teams and ensuring safe workplaces for all.
