Excellent working environment At Ambaar Lounge, we are seeking top talent to join us as an Occupational Nurse to provide comprehensive care for the team, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of ambassadors while adhering to the clinical and ethical standards inherent to this position. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct screenings, monitoring, and medical surveillance controls. * Follow up with workers who have restrictions, occupational accidents, or occupational illnesses. * Record vital signs and case progress. * Support the Epidemiological Surveillance Program. * Maintain and update workers' occupational medical records. * Participate in IPER (Risk Identification and Evaluation Process) and support Annual Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Programs (ergonomics, biological risk, mental health). * Promote healthy habits and self-care. * Provide first aid and assist in evacuation and initial stabilization. * Supervise and maintain operational first-aid kits. * Train staff in first aid and first-aid kit usage. Additional Requirements: \- Professional nursing degree and active registration with the Nursing Board. \- Active professional license issued by the College of Nurses of Peru (CEP). \- Training or experience in Occupational Health / OHS. \- Preferred: Courses in first aid, emergencies, ergonomics, epidemiology, or diplomas in Occupational Health or related fields. \- Minimum two years of experience in similar positions.
