Join us as a **Production Stacker** and become part of the team of a renowned **company with 37 years in the market, a leader in its sector.** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum experience of **3 months in stacking, manufacturing, production, or related areas.** * Full availability to work **12-hour shifts**. * Availability to work **3 rotating shifts**, Monday through Sunday, with **rotating days off**. * Availability for on-site work in **Callao**. **(reference: Nestor Gambeta Puente Oquendo).** * Reside in **areas adjacent to** the workplace. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Loading and unloading **25 kg bags.** * Stacking, palletizing, and other tasks in mass production. * Verifying the product’s proper condition and correct dispatch. * Folding bag flaps and sewing sacks on bag-sewing machines. * Keeping your work area clean and organized. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU:** * **Base salary:** S/ 1130\. * **Productivity bonus:** S/ 270\. * **Transportation allowance:** S/ 150 \- S/ 250\. * Commuting transportation support. * 100% covered meals. * **One-time hiring bonus** of S/ 200\. * Full payroll from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits (Family allowance, CTS, Bonus payments, vacation, Social Health Insurance, Life Insurance per law). * Overtime compensation. * Nationwide corporate discounts at over 100 establishments.
