




**POSITION PROFILE: PROJECT AND FINANCE COORDINATOR** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Plan, coordinate and supervise the comprehensive execution of construction projects, from the initial phase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, cost control and quality standards. Will be responsible for optimizing available resources, ensuring project profitability and maintaining effective communication with all involved departments and suppliers. Will oversee the direction and supervision of planning, execution and financial control of assigned projects, primarily in the Northern locations: Piura, Trujillo and Chiclayo. Key responsibilities include cost evaluation, preparation of financial projections, analysis and achievement of profitability KPIs, budgetary control and risk management. Will act as a strategic link between operational, administrative teams and senior management, ensuring compliance with schedules, technical milestones and financial objectives. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and manage general and specific project budgets. * Coordinate and lead all phases of the construction project (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure). * Prepare and analyze quotations for commercial proposals and bids. * Analyze actual vs. projected costs and propose adjustments/improvements. * Lead cross-departmental meetings to review project progress and costs. * Permanently supervise on-site construction progress, ensuring adherence to schedules. * Coordinate with suppliers for timely and efficient material procurement. * Negotiate financial terms with strategic suppliers. * Design and maintain financial and operational KPI dashboards. * Evaluate project KPIs and prepare performance reports. * Conduct profitability analysis of projects, identifying improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations and technical standards. * Validate project accounting closures with the accounting department. * Manage proper use and control of site warehouse and materials. * Prepare technical, economic and management reports for management. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards on site. * Monitor performance of assigned operational and administrative staff. * Lead meetings and presentations with clients. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering. Desirable: MBA or diplomas in Finance, Project Management and Cost Analysis. **Minimum Experience:** Minimum of 3 to 4 years managing projects in similar roles within construction, agribusiness or real estate sectors. Solid experience in cost control, budget management and financial analysis of projects.
