Responsibilities * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Appointment scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up. * Treatment fee collection. * Issuance of electronic receipts and invoices. * Daily cash register opening, reconciliation, and closing. * Ongoing coordination with the dental team. * Patient follow-up and guidance. * Organization of clinical and administrative documentation. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles. * Experience in dental clinics, medical clinics, or aesthetic centers is preferred. * Proficiency in appointment scheduling systems. * Knowledge of dental treatments and terminology (preferred). * Experience with POS systems and payment methods. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience with WhatsApp Business. * Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.
