Position Profile: We are looking for Sales Advisors responsible for providing information and guidance to individuals interested in our academic programs, delivering personalized service aligned with commercial goal achievement. Main Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person interactions. Provide information about courses, diplomas, study modalities, and enrollment procedures. Conduct prospect follow-up and close sales. Manage the database of potential customers. Achieve sales targets and report commercial progress. Support promotional campaigns and institutional activities. Maintain friendly and efficient communication with students. Requirements: Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial advisory roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer tools and digital channels. Negotiation ability and results orientation. Proactive, dynamic, responsible, and organized attitude. Experience in the education or healthcare sector is desirable.
