This is a foundational leadership opportunity: you will define our regional go-to-market (*go\-to\-market*) strategy, manage and develop our LATAM sales team, and drive revenue growth—both through your existing network and by developing new business. **Your Team** You will lead and develop Palmiq’s LATAM sales team, currently composed of: * One (1\) Sales Team Lead * Two (2\) Business Development Representatives (BDRs) **Key Responsibilities** * Build Palmiq’s sales presence in LATAM from the ground up, establishing foundations for sustainable regional growth. * Manage, coach, and develop the LATAM sales team—setting clear goals and raising performance standards. * Lead regional sales strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth. * Drive new business through your existing relationships, as well as structured prospecting. * Bring established client relationships and regional network connections into Palmiq’s portfolio. * Sell Palmiq’s full suite of technology solutions to enterprise clients across the region. * Support day-to-day sales activities—including account planning, deal strategy, and closing. * Work hand-in-hand with the team to strengthen prospecting, follow-up, CRM usage, and overall sales discipline. * Build and maintain relationships with commercial, government, education, healthcare, and compliance-driven clients. * Help develop relationships with vendors, distributors, and *partners* as needed to support regional growth. **Experience and Required Qualifications** * 7+ years of experience in **technology sales**. * Prior experience as an Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, or similar role. * Proven success selling technology services such as cybersecurity, cloud, backup and disaster recovery, managed IT, Microsoft 365, compliance solutions, or hardware/software resale. * Existing client portfolio and/or a strong professional network across LATAM. * Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage a full sales pipeline. * Experience training or managing sales representatives. * Strong understanding of commercial markets and purchasing dynamics in LATAM. * Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. * Experience with CRM or similar platforms. * Comfort working within the Microsoft 365 environment. * Experience serving industries driven by regulatory *compliance*. * Prior experience with an MSP, MSSP, VAR, cloud provider, cybersecurity firm, or IT services organization.
