Machining Supervisor \| Callao – Callao At **MRF**, a metal-mechanical company serving the mining and industrial sectors, we are looking for a **Machining Supervisor** to lead the machining area with a focus on order, control, and compliance. **What is the challenge?** Ensure that machining operations (lathe, milling, and boring) are executed on time, with quality, and without rework — aligned with the business’s operational urgency. **What will you do in this role?** * Organize and prioritize departmental tasks * Conduct daily progress tracking * Identify delays and propose solutions * Coordinate with design, workshop, and management * Lead the technical team with discipline and sound judgment * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * Experience with lathe, milling, and boring machines * Proficiency in measurement tools: micrometer, vernier caliper, alexometer, and dial indicator * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Experience leading workshop teams **Profile We Seek** * Sense of urgency and accountability * Strong organizational and control capabilities * Solution-oriented mindset (not excuse-driven) * Firm leadership without fostering a toxic environment * Ability to make decisions under pressure **Important** We seek someone who **masters the process, possesses sound technical judgment, and takes full ownership of the department’s outcomes**. \- Location: Callao \- If you meet the profile and are seeking a real challenge, apply or send your CV via internal channels.
