Job Summary: We are seeking a Zonal Cleaning Supervisor to supervise staff, ensure quality standards, coordinate resources, and maintain communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer communication and service **Apply with us and join the GLOBAL SERVICES family** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum **1 year of experience as a Zonal Supervisor in cleaning companies** (mandatory and certified). * Valid national ID (DNI). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user/intermediate level. * Willingness to travel to assigned locations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the performance of cleaning staff at assigned locations. * Verify proper use of cleaning materials, supplies, equipment, and tools. * Coordinate staffing coverage for absences, vacations, or other operational contingencies. * Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address service requests, inquiries, and incidents. * Coordinate timely supply of cleaning materials and supplies for each location. * Prepare attendance, incident, productivity, and service compliance reports. * Train and reinforce staff on cleaning procedures, proper equipment usage, safety regulations, and customer service. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and company policies. * Support onboarding of new staff by verifying their induction and adaptation to service requirements. * Propose improvement actions to optimize service quality and continuity. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work (MYPE Labor Regime). * Market-competitive remuneration. * Professional development opportunities and career progression based on performance. * Excellent working environment. * Monthly and timely salary payments. ***IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY TO START WORK REQUIRED*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
