Opportunity for stable, long-term professional collaboration Call for Orthopedic Surgeons At **Lima Natural Health Clinic**, a center specializing in integrative medicine and complementary therapies, we are undergoing growth and seeking to welcome an **orthopedic surgeon** committed to comprehensive care, timely diagnosis, and patient well-being. We seek a professional with a clinical orientation, a service-oriented vocation, and interest in the **prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system**, who values coordinated work with other healthcare disciplines. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct orthopedic consultations and evaluations. * Diagnose and treat injuries and diseases affecting **bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments**. * Treat patients with **knee pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and other joint-related conditions; tendinitis; sports injuries; osteoarthritis; osteoporosis; lumbago; and other musculoskeletal disorders**. * Order, interpret, and follow up on auxiliary diagnostic tests and imaging studies, as appropriate. * Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s needs and diagnosis. * Accurately document each patient’s progress in their medical record. Requirements: * Licensed and registered Medical Doctor (MD) and Surgeon. * Specialization in **Orthopedics and Traumatology**, duly registered as applicable. * Valid CMP (Medical Registration Certificate) and RNE (National Registry of Health Professionals). * Valid professional license. * Excellent communication skills and empathetic patient interaction. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. * Prior experience managing patients with chronic pain and musculoskeletal pathologies is desirable. Conditions: * **In-person** work mode in Miraflores. * Appointment-based or part-time shifts, subject to availability.
