Opportunity to work in the clinical laboratory sector An importer and distributor of clinical laboratory products is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Issuance of payment vouchers (invoicing). Bank reconciliation. Support in preparing reports and financial statements. Management of petty cash activities. Support in determining taxes payable and preparing financial information. Tracking and handling administrative procedures related to accounting and tax matters. Administrative support to logistics operations and human resources departments. **REQUIREMENTS** Accounting professional. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting processes (invoicing, reconciliations, and petty cash). Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., in Magdalena. Experience with Concar accounting software (desirable). Microsoft Office – intermediate level.
