JOB OFFERING * Salary: S/ 1,200 fixed (with potential increase based on performance and on-the-job learning). * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. * Employment Regime: Honorarium Receipt (RxH) for the first 3 months; thereafter, enrollment in MYPE payroll with benefits. REQUIREMENTS * Must be of legal age. * No prior experience required. * Full willingness to learn and follow technical instructions. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to the team. * Basic knowledge of hand tools or electricity will be considered a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Installation Assistance: Assist the lead technician in assembling air conditioning evaporator and condenser units. * Tool Preparation: Organize and supply necessary hand and electric tools before each task begins. * Preventive Maintenance: Support cleaning of filters, condensate pans, and equipment coils. * Material Handling: Transport equipment, copper pipes, and other required supplies to the work area. * Other operational duties as assigned by the Technician/Supervisor.
