At Servicios Generales Armane EIRL, we are seeking to incorporate an All-Round Technician into our team—committed, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively—to support general maintenance tasks. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance at industrial plants or facilities. Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity. Knowledge of plumbing. Knowledge of masonry and surface cladding. Knowledge of carpentry and painting. Proper handling of tools and work equipment. Previous experience in similar positions (industrial plant experience preferred). All-round technician / multi-trade profile. Ability to adapt and be versatile across various operational tasks. Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and results orientation. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Availability for on-site work. Responsibilities: Carry out preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance tasks on infrastructure and facilities. Perform minor repairs on walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and finishes. Install, maintain, and repair water, drainage, and faucet systems. Identify and fix leaks, seepages, and sanitary failures. Perform basic electrical work and electrical installations (lighting fixtures, outlets, distribution boards, and grounding). Maintain and clean equipment, areas, and infrastructure in general, ensuring proper operation and preservation. Prepare and set up structural materials—including cutting, assembly, and conditioning—as required by service needs. Perform electric arc welding and support TIG welding when required. Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing tasks. Provide multi-trade (all-round) support for operational and maintenance activities. Manage, preserve, and control assigned tools, equipment, and materials. Prepare material lists and basic inventories for task execution. Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. Comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and PPE usage requirements. Prepare and submit reports and photographic records of completed work.
