Direct customer assistance in document implementation and improvement HOMOLOGATION ASSISTANT Required Profile: Final-year student or graduate in Administration or related fields Job Description: The Homologation Assistant provides technical-administrative support in customer homologation processes, ensuring that required documentation complies with the regulatory, technical, and contractual criteria demanded by evaluating entities, thereby facilitating successful homologation. **Responsibilities:** * Provide basic guidance to customers on the **homologation process**, clarifying doubts related to documentary requirements and evaluation criteria. * Support the **documentary review and inspection** of requirements requested for homologation processes (SSO, quality, environment, legal, HR, among others), verifying their completeness, validity, and consistency. * Identify **observations, gaps, or documentary non-compliances** * Provide **direct customer assistance in document implementation, adaptation, and improvement**, aligning them with standards and guidelines required by homologating platforms or companies. * Support the **preparation, updating, and organization** of policies, procedures, records, and formats required for homologation. Software/Tools: Full Office suite (Word, Excel) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible according to class schedule) Salary: S/1300 to S/1600 soles Employment Regime: First three months under service invoice Position Type: Full-time, Internship Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Miguel, Lima
