We seek a proactive, creative individual eager to learn. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Assist in **basic editing of short videos** for social media (Reels and TikTok). * Respond to messages and comments on social media. * Assist in publishing properties and organic campaigns. * Keep the company's social media accounts active, organized, and up to date. **Requirements:** * Recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields. * Basic or entry-level experience managing social media. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Creativity, organization, and eagerness to learn. **Preferred (not mandatory):** * Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite. * Interest in digital marketing or the real estate industry. * Basic knowledge of **social media video editing** (Reels, TikTok).
