We are seeking a Junior SEO specialist full of ideas, dangerously curious, and ready to roll up their sleeves. We don’t want someone who “just writes titles.” We want someone who asks why, tests how, and learns quickly. What You’ll Do (in plain English): * Support SEO execution: keywords, briefs, on-page optimization, interlinking, meta tags, site structure. * Technical marketing tasks: Search Console, GA4, basic tags, simple audits, performance improvements (whatever you can do + whatever you’ll learn). * Generate ideas and integrate strategies: SEO + content + CRO + automation (yes, it’s all interconnected). * Tracking and reporting: what was done, what changed, what worked, and what didn’t. What We Need From You: * Foundational SEO knowledge (on-page, search intent, architecture, content). * Organization and accountability (without these, talent becomes mere decoration). * Genuine eagerness to learn tools and processes. * Strong writing skills and sound judgment (no fluff). Bonus Points: GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, WordPress/Shopify, basic HTML knowledge, applied AI for content, CRM.
